New and Used Firearm Sales

We sell new and used California compliant firearms. If you know what you are looking for, we will search our list of distributors to find you the lowest price available. If we are unable to find exactly what you want through one of our distributors, we will be happy to help you find it locally from another dealer.

If you are unsure about which firearm to purchase, let us guide you through the process. We know that with all the different manufacturers and types of firearms available, it can be a little overwhelming. Our goal is to make the process as painless as possible for you.

The following is the California Department Of Justice required state and allowed dealer firearm sales fees:

Department Of Justice (DOJ) Firearm Sale Fees: $ 37.19

$31.19 - DROS Fee

$ 5.00 - Safety and Enforcement Fee

$ 1.00 - Safety Training Fee

$37.19 - Total DOJ Fee Charged

 

Private Party Transfer and DOJ Fees: $ 47.19

$37.19 - DOJ Fee

$10.00 - Dealer Fee Per Firearm

$47.19 - Total DOJ/Dealer Fees Charged

IMPORTANT PLEASE READ

We require a current California identification with current address for all transfers.  Be aware that if your current address on your ID does not match the record of a previous firearm purchase in the DOJ system, you may not be approved under the instant background check.  Also, if you have a “Federal Limits Apply” identification card, you will be required to show an additional proof of citizenship (valid passport or birth certificate) to buy both firearms or ammo.
